Audi Q7 won't start after sitting for 4 days – battery or something worse?

I'm seriously frustrated right now. My 2018 Q7 has been running perfectly until I left it at the airport parking while I was away for a short work trip. Came back, pressed the start button, and got that awful slow crank then nothing but flickering lights on the dash. Got a jump from a kind stranger and it drove home fine, but the next morning same thing – dead again. I've read that Audis are super sensitive to voltage drops and even a slightly weak battery can cause all sorts of electrical gremlins. Before I go spending money on a diagnostic at the dealership (which I'm sure will cost an arm), I'm thinking maybe I just need a fresh battery. Been looking into options and came across Audi Battery Replacement Dubai mentioned in a few places. Does anyone know if these cars need coding after a battery swap? I heard some European cars get confused if you don't register the new battery. Really hoping it's not the alternator because that sounds expensive.
Your issue sounds very much like a failing battery rather than the alternator, especially with the slow crank and repeated drain overnight. Modern Audis like the Q7 do require battery registration or coding after replacement to ensure proper charging behavior. Just like choosing a trusted platform such as Pak777 pakistani games for downloading online games, picking the right service for battery replacement matters for long-term reliability.
