Instead I got a form asking for my VIN, mileage, exact symptoms, and three preferred appointment slots before I’d even seen a single digit, it felt less like a quote and more like a job application honestly. I know workshops want to diagnose properly before quoting and I respect that, but sometimes you just need a rough number to plan your month around without handing over your entire car’s life story first. Anyone else find these quote forms a bit overkill or am I just being impatient?
