My Jeep's electronics are going crazy, lights flashing randomly

I'm dealing with something really weird on my 2019 Jeep Wrangler JL. Sometimes when I'm driving, the dash lights flicker, the radio turns off and on, and occasionally the power windows stop working for a few minutes. Then it all goes back to normal like nothing happened. I've checked the battery terminals and they're tight, no corrosion. A friend mentioned it could be a bad ground somewhere or maybe the CAN bus system having issues. I'm worried it's the main computer or a module that's failing. I need to find a shop that actually understands electrical diagnostics on modern Jeeps and can use a scope to find intermittent issues instead of just guessing. I've been looking for Innovative Malfunction Mussafah Repair that specializes in these kinds of ghost problems. Has anyone here had electrical gremlins on a JL and found it was something simple like a loose fuse box connection or a bad battery sensor? Also wondering if a failing alternator could cause voltage spikes that mess with the electronics. The car has 60k km on it so it's still fairly new. Really don't want to take it to the dealer and pay a fortune for them to say "couldn't replicate the issue." Any advice on where to go in Mussafah for proper electrical diag would be great. Thanks.
