Someone keyed my car in a parking lot and I want it gone properly

Came back to my car after lunch and found a long scratch running across the rear door and into the fender, clearly deliberate because it's too straight to be accidental. I'm fuming about it but more than that I want it fixed right, not some cheap touch up job with a pen that looks worse than the scratch itself. It's a dark metallic paint so I know matching it badly will stand out like a sore thumb in the sun. A couple of mates suggested polishing might work but honestly the scratch feels deep enough that I can catch my nail on it, so I doubt that's enough. I've been looking into an expert car scratch remover in Musaffah and there seem to be a few places that do proper paint correction rather than just quick cosmetic cover ups. Anyone here had a similar scratch repaired and been happy with the colour match? Also how long should I realistically expect it to take, because I need the car back for work.
